  1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
A structured approach that helps individuals recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. CBT is one of the most effective treatments for anxiety, depression, and stress management.

  2. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Focuses on accepting difficult emotions rather than fighting them. ACT helps people stay present, live by their values, and take meaningful action even when life feels challenging.

  3. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Developed to support emotional regulation and healthy coping. DBT teaches mindfulness, distress tolerance, and communication skills for managing strong emotions and improving relationships.

  4. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Combines mindfulness practices with cognitive tools to prevent negative thought spirals. MBCT helps individuals observe thoughts without judgment and stay grounded in the present moment.

  5. Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores how unconscious thoughts, past experiences, and early relationships influence current emotions and behavior. This therapy helps individuals gain deeper self-awareness and resolve internal conflicts through reflection and insight.

  6. Motivational Interviewing (MI)
A collaborative, conversational approach that helps individuals find personal motivation to make positive changes, often used for improving mental wellness, school performance, or recovery goals.

  7. Problem Solving Therapy (PST)
A practical method that teaches step-by-step strategies to break down life challenges into manageable solutions, improving confidence and emotional control.

  8. Mode Deactivation Therapy (MDT)
Designed especially for youth and adolescents, MDT integrates mindfulness, CBT, and emotional awareness to help reduce impulsivity and reactivity linked to stress or trauma.
